Application and Deposit
There is a $60 non-refundable application fee and a $100 refundable holding deposit fee per adult. The holding deposit fee is transferred to the balance of the security deposit if your application is accepted, or refunded to you if your application is not accepted.
Pets Are Welcome!
Pet Policy
A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required for only one (1) dog OR up to two (2) cats. An additional pet fee of $15 will be added to the monthly rent. There is a 35 pound weight limit on all approved animals. Animal and breed restrictions do apply.
