Current Rental Rates
Rates are based upon a 12 month lease. Seven month leases are available at an additional rate.

One Bedroom w/One Bath - $595 per month - includes all utilities except electricity, phone, & cable
Two Bedroom w/One Bath - $625 to $750 per month depending upon apt. model - excludes utilities
Three Bedroom w/Two Bath - $825 per month plus utilities - includes dishwasher

Application Deposit- There is a $25 Application Fee per Adult. There is a $100.00 Holding Deposit of which is transferred towards the balance of the security deposit if your application is accepted. If application is not accepted, the $100 deposit is refundable, but the $25 Application Fee is not refundable.

Pet Policy- A nonrefundable pet deposit is required. The deposit is $300 for only one dog OR one cat; or $400 for only two cats (no dog). There is a 35lb. weight limit. & breed restrictions do apply!
