Rates are based upon a 12 month lease. Seven month leases are available at an additional rate.

Credit problems/blemishes are considered, but may require a higher deposit. We try to keep our cost as reasonable as possible depending on the credit issues. We LOOK forward to your future residency here!!

Application Deposit- There is a $25 Application Fee per Adult. There is a $100.00 Holding Deposit of which is transferred towards the balance of the security deposit if your application is accepted. If application is not accepted, the $100 deposit is refundable, but the $25 Application Fee is not refundable.

Pet Policy- A nonrefundable pet deposit is required. The deposit is $100 for only one dog OR one cat; or $200 for only two cats (no dog). Monthly pet fee of $15 will be added to the monthly rent. There is a 35lb. weight limit. & breed restrictions do apply!
